...to fight hunger!
The Edina Morningside Rotary Club partnered with Feed My Starving Children, Second Harvest and with V.E.A.P. to help community families who find themselves with great financial struggles at this time. Thanks for all who participated in fighting hunger!
What happened to the World Record?
More than 1200 people joined us in 2009 in an attempt to break a Guinness World Record. Our theme was "World Record for a Better World." While we were unsuccessful as far as the record book, we were extremely successful in bringing out the community to make the world a better place by raising awareness of cycling and supporting some fine community organizations. We decided to host another event!
We also heard many suggestions to make the event more family oriented. We listened! Cyclists of ALL ages are welcome to join the ride. That includes those in training wheels, 3-wheelers, pull-alongs, and just about any vehicle without a motor.
